Tally eyes Indian youth

To provide the Tally students a unique facility to link them directly to the prospective employer, Talley has launched a facility called 'Students subscription'. Every subscriber will have the facility to upload their resume enabling large-scale visibility for the first time to reach across to over 2 million Tally users across the world.

Avinash Gupta, President, Tally Solutions said, "Students Subscription is an interface between industry and applicants. The student can assess his skills, learn, take mock tests as well as apply for jobs under one banner.  This initiative will provide seamless availability of the right talent to the right employer as well as enable a better employment opportunity for qualified candidates. In times to come this will enable millions of youth to get the right direction towards relevant learning, career mapping and the right job".

'Students subscription' will enable a two-fold advantage. For the student who can upload his/her resume, he can search for job posting and upgrade skills through E-Learning and self assessment programmes. On the other hand, all Tally.ERP 9 customers will have the facility to search for qualified people, assess their employees and access to knowledge base based on their requirements. Major beneficiaries will be students from small towns who don’t have access to current knowledge, industry trends or employers.
