Threadsol designs intellocut to lift Sewn Industry

To boost the apparel and garment industry, Threadsol Softwares has developed a product “intelloCut”.

intelloCut is developed by the company to measure, predict and optimize material utilization and productivity by saving time, material up to 10%, labour, improving cutting room productivity up to 30% and reducing end bits up to 70%. It also contributes towards a greener environment.  

As expected by the company, this next-generation product replaces all inefficient manual decision-making processes with its extremely complex algorithms. intelloCut   automates the complex Cut Order Planning, Fabric Grouping and Roll Allocation problems for maximizing savings. It also provides a multi-lingual user interface for ease of use. intelloCut is deployed on the cloud.
