The keys to your business are one of its most important assets. Without access to keys, you can't access your business. Keys access your doors, filing cabinets, lockers and vehicles. Keys may even give access to your customers' buildings or vehicles. How do you look after them? Do you know who is using them?
Simply attach your keys to the Traka iFobs, using our special security seals and return them to the Traka cabinet. From now on, Traka will ensure that only authorized staff is allowed access to the keys and that every key taken will be recorded automatically showing user's name, date and time.
The iFobs can actually lock into place. So, not only does Traka control who has access to the cabinet but also which specific key a user is allowed to take. Access to Traka is by PIN, card or biometrics and we can even offer you compatibility with existing access cards making Traka into an effective extension of your current access control system. No wonder, Traka offers total access management.
The keys are attached to iFobs, nickel-plated brass bullet-shaped devices 40mm long x 10mm in diameter. These self-cleaning devices contain a chip which gives them a guaranteed unique electronic ID. By attaching these iFobs to your keys (using a strong security seal), your keys are electronically tagged, and by controlling access using PIN, access card or biometrics, Traka can audit every user of every key or bunch of keys.
L-Series cabinets are for 10 to 180 keys and may be locking or non-locking or mixed. Systems may be easily upgraded in modules of 10 key positions. Extension cabinets may be purchased to extend the number of keys managed by a single system to 540 key locations. Networking allows unlimited keys to be managed.Â
L-Series include the full range of Options and Accessories available on M and S Series cabinets. L-Series cabinets can also be specified with Roller Shutter doors to give added security protection.
