As a Leading Player
Over the last year and a half, there has been a surge in the computing power required at home because of work and education moving to home. While this has been mostly attributed to the pandemic and lockdowns, one also sees huge potential in many corporations actually taking this up as a regular feature for employee productivity.
With the challenges that are presented to move employees to work from home, it is a huge potential for partners to focus on providing solutions around connectivity, scalability and security for smooth operations. While we are talking about Hybrid Cloud, we are also seeing Hybrid Workplace being more prevalent now. SaaS based solutions have seen a big rise in adoption and it makes sense for VARs to focus on unique solutions that will increase the productivity of organisations.
Expanding Service Offerings
We were a Western India focused partner. The Pandemic has actually enabled us to now have dialogues with customers across India. We intend to service Indian Customers at this time and plan to expand operations in next couple of years to other geographies in APAC.
We were very focused partners in Cyber Security and Data Protection. Now we have added many pointed solutions around these areas to our portfolio. Most of our offerings are now SaaS based. This ensures lower cost of ownership initially to customers, Opex modelling for their budgets and subscription revenues year on year.
Available Solutions to Penetrate
We have identified a few critical elements that customers need in the space of protecting identities within their privileged users and also for enabling secure access to their systems. This sharp focus has enabled us to work with customers with a razor-sharp dialogue and has helped us reduce our sales cycles.
Strategic Plans In 2021
Identify ecosystem solutions around core Identity and Access Management and Email security. We prefer evaluating and positioning SaaS based solutions. Also, we have kept our solutions portfolio limited to 2 major areas of Cyber security but our depth of pointed solutions enables us to address most challenges.
Best Suited OEMS’s Partner Programmes
We are actually focusing on many smaller / newer OEMs at this time because we have realised that Security and Cloud workload optimization cannot be achieved with just one or two alliances. With SaaS, the issues of deployment timelines and integrations have reduced. Also, with more pointed solutions for specific use cases now being available, discussions are much more value-added and pointed.
