ZTE Corporation has announced that the WiMax network it implemented in Bangladesh with operator Banglalion has hit 200,000 subscribers.
Neil Graham, CEO, Banglalion said, "We'd like to thank ZTE for its support as the exclusive supplier for Banglalion's WiMax network. Our customers were pleased by the quality of the network."
Sabin Shrestha, Country Manager, ZTE Bangladesh said, "ZTE will continue to collaborate closely with Banglalion to maintain high-speed and stable networks with rich services for the Bangladeshi people. Our aim is to help Banglalion maintain its leading position in WiMax, and to assist it with launching more diverse services such as VoIP, video surveillance and conferencing."
