According to a latest update, the software giant Wipro is all set to acquire LD Waxson Group. It is a Singapore-based consumer goods company.
LD Waxson is a Singapore based firm selling skincare and healthcare products in countries including China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. After the latest deal, LD Waxson would be a part of Wipro's stable of consumer care products.
If reports are to be believed, the deal between Wipro and LD Waxson Group would be an all-cash deal worth about $144 million.
It is expected that Wipro’s latest deal would complete in next 60 days.
Market experts added, the latest deal is going to benefit LD Waxson to a great extend as the deal is valued at 2.1 times the revenue reported by LD Waxson during the fiscal year 2011-12.
