Xebia IT Architects India has organized the 'Agile NCR 2010' on 17th & 18th of July, 2010. The event, fourth in a row, was organized in collaboration with ASCI (Agile Software Community of India). This annual event is the largest community-driven conference on Agile Software Development in North India and generates immense enthusiasm from people across segments.
"This year's conference will examine the latest theory, practical applications and implications of Agile methods, and will offer an ideal platform for attendees to network and learn about the latest research and cutting-edge Agile industry practices," said Anurag Shrivastava, Managing Director, Xebia IT Architecs India Pvt. Ltd.
The event covered four major themes, namely, 'Agile for newbie', 'Agile Adoption Challenges', 'Workshops and Craftsmanship', and 'Post Agile'. 'Agile for newbie' focussed on those who are partially aware or completely unaware about Agile methodology, whereas 'Agile Adoption Challenges' focussed on the nuance, challenges, pitfalls and solutions that hound people on a daily basis. 'Workshops and Craftsmanship' emphasized on real, practical, hands-on items that one can immediately associate with in an everyday working Agile environment. Furthermore, 'Post Agile' leveraged the possibility of the next stride in the software development putting light on Kanban, Lean, Velocity, and Flow.
