Yubico appoints Nagesh Belur to drive its next phase of growth in India market

In a strong signal of its India ambitions, Yubico has appointed Nagesh Belur as It’s Senior Sales Director - India.

A cybersecurity veteran with more than 17 years of experience, Nagesh has led the charge in expanding identity security adoption across BFSI, government, and large enterprises. He is widely recognized for building strong partner ecosystems and driving market growth in highly regulated and complex environments.

During his tenure at iValue Group, he played a pivotal role in strengthening Yubico’s presence in India—shifting the business from a GCC-centric approach to widespread enterprise adoption across sectors like BFSI, IT/ITeS, and telecom. His efforts significantly boosted India’s contribution to Yubico’s global business, supported by consistent, multi-fold growth.

With this appointment, Yubico is doubling down on India as a strategic growth market. Nagesh will spearhead efforts to deepen enterprise penetration, strengthen partner alliances, and accelerate adoption of phishing-resistant authentication across critical and regulated industries.
