Zen Internet to deploy ADVA FSP 150 to increase Service Assurance
Zen Internet has selected ADVA FSP 150 to scale its Ethernet delivery platform and efficiently hand over services to service provider partners, as per an announcement made by ADVA Optical Networking.
Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing, Zen Internet, said, "Our customers rely on our network 24/7. So, we can't risk their business or our reputation on infrastructure that has limited capabilities. That is why we chose the ADVA FSP 150. It directly meets our challenges and enables us to save resources on backhaul provisioning and resolving network issues before they affect services. Through the creation of 200 new Points of Presence (PoPs), we are extending the availability of our Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) and Optical Ethernet service with superior quality at industry-leading prices."
Robin Abel, Director – Sales UK, ADVA Optical Networking, said, "Delivering world-class Ethernet services to enterprises requires access and aggregation equipment that is highly reliable, flexible and efficient. Through our partnership with Imtech ICT UK, we have optimized Zen Internet's investment in aggregation at the exchange. The ADVA FSP 150 allows them to standardize on a single access and aggregation device to ensure rapid service delivery that saves resources and enables Zen Internet to focus on their customers."
The ADVA FSP 150 has been chosen by Zen Internet as it helps to monitor availability, latency, jitter and packet loss. By implementing this technology, based on the latest OAM standards, the service providers will be able to guarantee the highest service availability essential for business Ethernet services.
