Accenture partners with ServiceNow to come up with global business unit for digital transformation

To come up with a global business unit dedicated to digital transformation projects, Accenture has joined hands with ServiceNow. The project will have 8,500 Acccenture people with a skill in ServiceNow and will specialize in boosting customers’ workflow and platform development, marketing, sales, and business development.
The project, known as Accenture ServiceNow Business Group will particularly focus on helping customers create more self-service and remote work programs.

With a move to the cloud, they can reimagine their operations, reskill their employees and become more sustainable. Presently, Accenture is ServiceNow Global Elite Partner and has already led a number of major ServiceNow projects.

The partnership will offer industry- and domain-specific solutions and services to customers in telecommunications, financial services, government, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences. Workflow innovation will focus on employee engagement, customer service and operations, artificial intelligence for IT operations, and security and risk.
