Apple’s new Pune store will, like its other Indian outlets, host free daily sessions led by Apple Creatives, offering customers online-bookable workshops on iPhone photography, iPad productivity, and Apple Intelligence to inspire creativity and enhance skills
Apple has opened its first retail store in Pune, marking its fourth outlet in India after Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The new store, located at Apple Koregaon Park, follows closely on the heels of the Bengaluru launch earlier this week, underscoring the company’s growing retail focus in the country.
The store will be staffed by 68 specialists from 11 Indian states, offering guidance across Apple’s latest products, including the iPhone 16 series, iPad Air, and the recently launched M4-powered MacBook Air.
Customer engagement and learning sessions
In line with Apple’s other flagship stores in India, the Pune location will host free daily sessions designed to inspire creativity and enhance customer knowledge. These sessions, led by Apple Creatives, can be booked online and cover topics ranging from advanced iPhone photography techniques to productivity tips on iPads, as well as insights into Apple Intelligence features.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, expressed excitement about the new opening. “Just days after unveiling our Bengaluru store, we are delighted to bring Apple Koregaon Park to Pune. This city, celebrated for its history and creativity, offers an ideal setting for customers to connect with Apple — whether purchasing a new product, seeking support, or exploring fresh ideas,” she said.
With four stores now operational in major Indian cities, Apple continues to strengthen its direct engagement with customers while showcasing its long-term commitment to the Indian market.
