Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) has partnered with Anthropic to roll out the Claude family of large-language models across up to 350,000 employees globally.
The initiative covers staff in engineering, delivery and corporate functions and is part of Cognizant’s ambition to move from piloting AI to full-scale enterprise deployment.
Under the programme, tools such as Claude Code, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent SDK will be integrated into Cognizant’s existing platforms — including its Flowsource engineering stack — to speed up tasks like coding, documentation, testing and DevOps workflows.
Cognizant’s CEO, Ravi Kumar S, described this as part of building an “agentified enterprise” where intelligent AI agents work alongside humans to accelerate transformation.
The move represents one of the largest internal roll-outs of enterprise-grade generative AI, signalling the increasing momentum among IT services firms to embed advanced AI across both internal operations and client offerings.
