Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced plans to merge its HPE and Juniper Networks partner programs into a single global platform, simplifying how partners build, sell and deliver networking, cloud and AI solutions.
The unified program, called HPE Partner Ready Vantage, will take effect on November 1, 2026, bringing together one engagement model, one set of membership tiers, aligned incentives and a common compensation structure while preserving existing partner investments.
The move is part of HPE's broader strategy to create a unified portfolio and partner experience following its integration with Juniper Networks.
"Partners want a simpler way to engage and a bigger opportunity to grow," said Simon Ewington, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Channel and Partner Ecosystem at HPE. "With a unified program across HPE and Juniper, aligned incentives, and expanded partner-led offers, we are making it easier for partners to win more business across networking, cloud and AI."
As part of the overhaul, HPE is expanding channel-only routes to market for several products, including HPE Private Cloud PC3000, HPE SimpliVity PC1000 and HPE Zerto Software. The company said the move creates exclusive opportunities for partners in private cloud and data protection markets.
HPE is also introducing VM Essentials for partner IT environments, allowing partners to deploy the virtualization software internally and build expertise. The first 600 partners to achieve the Private Cloud with Virtualization competency by the end of the year will receive VM Essentials software licenses free for three years, paying only support costs.
To encourage virtualization migrations, HPE has launched a platform migration program that offers new VM Essentials customers up to one year of free VM Essentials and HPE Zerto licenses for $1, along with zero-interest software financing through HPE Financial Services.
The company is also expanding its cloud offerings for service providers through HPE CloudOps Software, which enables providers to build and manage private cloud services with capabilities including multi-tenancy, self-service, software-defined networking, governance and cost management.
Tata Consultancy Services has already selected HPE CloudOps for its Enterprise Private Cloud Platform to enhance multicloud management, observability and operational automation. The two companies also plan to jointly develop industry-specific hybrid cloud solutions.
The unified Partner Ready Vantage program extends across build, sell and service tracks. HPE is enhancing the Build Track by integrating its Technology Partner Program with an expanded Technology Validation Center and aligning it more closely with its Unleash AI ISV partner ecosystem. The company is also launching a customer use-case hub to help partners showcase validated AI, hybrid cloud, networking and edge solutions.
On the sales side, HPE is aligning incentives across its portfolio and extending rebates for deeper expertise, broader solution selling and new customer acquisitions. The company said partners selling storage solutions could achieve margin stacks of up to 24% through a combination of upfront incentives and competency-based rebates.
For services, HPE is introducing partner-branded offerings that allow qualified partners to deliver services under their own brand while receiving engineering, logistics and escalation support from HPE. The company is also expanding migration and lifecycle services to help partners generate recurring revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
The company is further streamlining the partner experience through a unified portal, single onboarding process, consolidated development funds program and integrated deal registration system. HPE Financial Services is also enhancing its partner portal with flexible pricing, annual payment options and expanded customer credit capacity.
HPE is complementing the partner program overhaul with expanded AI initiatives. The company is increasing the number of HPE Private Cloud AI testing sites globally, enabling customers and partners to validate and scale enterprise AI deployments more quickly.
Wipro has integrated HPE Private Cloud AI, part of the HPE AI Factory with NVIDIA, into its WINGS AI platform to accelerate enterprise agentic AI adoption across hybrid environments. The two companies plan to collaborate on industry-specific AI solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Several elements of the strategy will roll out before the unified program launches. HPE SimpliVity PC1000, HPE Private Cloud PC3000 and HPE Zerto Software will become channel-only offerings for new business from July 1, 2026, while the unified HPE Partner Ready Vantage program will officially begin on November 1, 2026.
