Ingram Micro has appointed Flavio Moraes Junior as the new Managing Director and Chief Country Executive (CCE) for India, effective October 1, 2025. Moraes will succeed Navneet Singh Bindra, who is retiring after more than two decades of service to the company.
Moraes comes to the role after a successful tenure as Chief Executive of Ingram Micro Brazil. During his time there, he helped the company achieve market leadership in cybersecurity, expanded its Cloud Marketplace, and accelerated the adoption of the company's digital platform, Ingram Micro Xvantage. He also led a strategic acquisition and a cultural transformation that earned the company a "Great Place to Work" recognition.
With over 25 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, Moraes brings extensive expertise from previous roles at Claro, Embratel, and Reuters. He is a recognized leader with a background in electrical engineering, an MBA, and a recent executive program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Diego Utge, Global Group President & EVP, Asia Pacific at Ingram Micro, expressed confidence in Moraes, calling India "one of our most important growth markets."
In a statement, Moraes said he is "truly excited and honored" to take on the new role, adding that he looks forward to working with the team to accelerate growth in one of the world's fastest-growing technology markets. He plans to relocate to Mumbai, India, to take up the new position.
