
Mark Adams, former Chief Development Officer at Equinix, brings decades of global experience in communications infrastructure, M&A, and strategy, currently advising BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners and serving on boards including CyrusOne, True IDC, and Nigerian startup Kasi Cloud
Sify Infinit Spaces, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Sify Technologies, has announced the appointment of Mark Adams as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director on its Board.
Adams brings decades of global expertise in communications infrastructure and technology, with a strong focus on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He previously served as Chief Development Officer at Equinix for 10 years, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s revenue from $33.87 billion to $396.64 billion, overseeing corporate strategy, M&A activities, and real estate investments.
Currently, Adams serves as Senior Advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners, part of BlackRock, and holds board advisory roles at CyrusOne and True IDC. He is also a founder and director of Kasi Cloud, a Nigerian data center startup, and contributes to social causes as a director of 10,000 Degrees, a Bay Area nonprofit focused on education for low-income students. Additionally, he lectures at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Adams holds an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics with Distinction from Cornell University.
