TP-Link India has announced the expansion of its Omada Certified Network Associate (OCNA) training programme, marking a significant milestone in empowering partners with end-to-end expertise across the complete Omada SDN ecosystem. After successfully certifying 1,200+ professionals in OCNA Wireless, TP-Link has now introduced dedicated OCNA Switching and Routing, enabling partners to deliver complete, future-ready SDN deployments.
With this launch, Omada’s full portfolio is now covered — including unmanaged to managed switches, L2/L2+/L3 switching, and models supporting up to 100G network throughput. On the routing front, TP-Link is advancing its gateway line-up with powerful new security additions. Beyond the existing VPN and load-balancing capabilities, the updated gateways now include content filtering, SD-WAN, and will soon feature ZDNA security enhancements, further strengthening enterprise-grade protection.
This comprehensive Switching and Routing module ensures partners are fully equipped to sell, deploy, configure, and maintain complete Omada SDN solutions across industries. While the certification programme is open to all, TP-Link is focusing on its growing community of SolutionX partners, who have demonstrated consistent commitment and business alignment.
Partners who have completed OCNA Wireless along with OCNA Routing and Switching will be eligible for the upcoming Omada Specialist Programme, set to launch in 2026. TP-Link will conduct at least three batches every month, providing ample opportunities for partners across India to upskill themselves and get globally certified.
Commenting on the programme, Sumith Satheesan, Head of Enterprise Solution Consulting, TP-Link India, said, “With the addition of Switching and Routing, we are proud to say that our partners can now deliver the complete Omada SDN ecosystem with confidence. This initiative is not just a training programme, it is an enabler for scalable, secure, and intelligent networks across India. Our goal is to empower every partner with the right knowledge and tools to lead the next wave of SDN transformation.”
