Harshad Bhadra Joins Varonis as Director of Sales – India

Varonis, a global leader in data security and insider risk management, has announced the appointment of Harshad Trikamji Bhadra as its Director of Sales for India, marking a strategic expansion of the company’s presence in one of its fastest-growing markets. With over three decades of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, enterprise sales, and channel leadership, Harshad brings deep industry expertise and a track record of driving large-scale growth across India’s enterprise landscape.

In this new role, Harshad will spearhead Varonis’ enterprise go-to-market strategy, strengthen engagement with leading organizations across BFSI, manufacturing, IT/ITeS, and diversified conglomerates, and accelerate adoption of the company’s autonomous data security platform—purpose-built to reduce insider risk, eliminate data exposure, and secure hybrid cloud environments.

Harshad previously held senior leadership roles at Forcepoint, SentinelOne, Tenable, and Tech Data, where he successfully built high-performing sales teams, scaled channel ecosystems, and contributed to significant year-on-year business expansion.
