Inflow works very closely with partners providing the most critical factor of technical support in both pre and post sales which helps partners to confidently approach their customers and add per capita by cross selling new technologies to their customers. This will not only enhance growth but also position the partner as a new technology enabler for their customers.
Inflow’s objective has always been to find ways to help channels execute an order, however large it would be, with the available provisions and instruments so that credit limit does not come in the way of their growth. At the very onset when we were formulating the corporate goals we were particular that we need to have a channel policy that needs to change with the evolving needs of the market. Our channel policy for example, didn’t have a defined credit limit for any partner.
Similarly, we have been innovating many channel friendly policies that help partners to seamlessly generate business with confidence.
PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Fundamentally, transparency needs to be at both ends and that we believe is where we have been fairly successful. We think mutual loyalty is the essence of our relationships. These fundamentals have cemented our partner engagements resulting in consistency while doing business with each other at the same time engaging in larger growth.
UNRAVELING NEW OPPORTUNITIES
We are in a market which is ever evolving with new technologies and growing for existing technologies. ENABLING NEW TECH ADOPTION
AI & Cloud are inevitable technologies that the partner has to adapt to, failing which they will be out of the race with their competition. We are continuously working in bringing the above technologies from the industry leaders and engaging with partners to enable & certify them in these emerging technologies so that they can approach their customers and introduce these upcoming technologies to them. We handhold partners all through this journey and with evolving technologies being in the anvil our efforts in channelizing them is our top priority.
VISION FOR CHANNEL
Adding more value to the channel ecosystem in terms of enabling them with new and emerging technologies, engaging with their technical pool and help them continuously in reducing their skill gap, helping them in acquiring new customers in various verticals and assisting them in becoming more profitable and sustainable in their business.
