Mahindra Satyam has appointed Al-Noor Gulamali Abdulla Ramji on their Board of Directors. He was the Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Misys International Banking Systems Limited since 2010. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at BT Exact Technologies and also served in different group companies of BT. He is regarded an authority in Information Technology globally and was Global CIO at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He founded Webtek Software and served as its Group Chief Executive Officer.

Al-Noor also served as a Director of Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc. and Tech Mahindra Limited. His track record of successfully leveraging information technology to achieve business objectives has won him top industry awards, including CIO magazine's CIO 100 Award, CNET UK CIO of the Year and the British Computer Society CIO of the Year. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from University of London
