Array Networks ranks second among ADC Vendors in India
As per recent update, Array Networks has been ranked second among the Application Delivery Controller vendor in India by Frost & Sullivan for the year 2012. Array Networks has recorded a steady YOY growth of 30.2% in the ADC space. The combination of successful acquisition of new projects across government and BFSI verticals and the public sector, together with competitive products and best-of-breed partners, has enabled Array Networks to jump the queue and secure the number two position in India.
According to Frost & Sullivan, the ADC solutions from Array Networks have been the scoring features to win good business from government, enterprise, telecom, and IT service provider verticals. The growing demand for cost-effective ADC solutions specifically in the government, BFSI and IT service provider verticals have enabled Array Networks to maintain a steady growth and increase its ADC market share in India.
Shibu Paul, Country Manager – IN, ME & ASEAN, Array Networks, said, "We are very proud to be recognized as the No. 2 ADC vendor in India. This recognition has built in a lot of confidence for Array Networks, its partners and customers in the Indian market. This has certainly increased our vision and determination to grow and top the chart in the near future."
According to Frost & Sullivan, the demand for ADC technology has increased because of the major trends in the market towards virtualization, cloud computing, and the shift to web- and internet-based business models.
