GTM STRATEGY FOR 2024-25
Axis Communications' Go-To-Market policy for 2024-25 is built on three core pillars - enhancing global partnerships, continuous skill development, and expanding its channel base.
“We are committed to fostering strong alliances with our partners worldwide, understanding that collaboration is key in today's competitive landscape and incorporating this into our long-term goals. Simultaneously, we are also focusing on continual partner skill development and training to keep pace with evolving market trends, particularly the shift towards utility consumption models,” says Sudhindra.
Additionally, from the consumer perspective, to meet their growing demands for specialized services, Axis plans to expand its channel base and promote specialization, with a particular focus on areas like audio and network solutions, explosion-protected cameras for zone/division 1 and 2, open hybrid cloud platforms, and other scalable security solutions.
“We believe this approach will create a robust ecosystem that benefits both our partners and end-users in the coming year,” concludes Sudhindra.
