CMC has been given the Partner of the Year award in the Independent Software Vendor category by Oracle Corporation for innovatively incorporating Oracle Fusion middleware like Weblogic, Portal and UCM in its solutions.
"We have been delivering innovative solutions in several e-government projects. For example, fingerprint matching for police department in Gujarat and in other states and in the national crime registry; treasury solutions in Orissa, Karnataka, West Bengal; State Wide Area Networks in Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu; district administration solution CHOICE in Chhattisgarh; solution to administer VAT in Kerala and so on. All this fits in with our corporate mission of advancing communities," said R. Ramanan, MD & CEO of CMC.
The solution that attracted Oracle's award was the one done for the Directorate of Treasury and Inspection, Government of Orissa.
