At the recently held Zinnov Confluence 2013 in Bangalore, the EMC India Center of Excellence (CoE) has received top honours for the second time in a row for “Great Place to Innovate and “Best Technical Role Model” award categories. It was also awarded for its Best in Class Ability to Create Next Generation Leaders.
EMC India CoE was bestowed with “Great Place to Innovate” award for its continued focus on innovation and the concerted efforts made across four key enablement areas, culture, conditions, process and metrics.
Sairam Veeraswamy, a Distinguished Engineer at EMC Corporation, received the Technical Role Model – Senior Level award for being an exemplary technology stalwart who has served by example in the areas of technical excellence, contribution to technical boards, recognition received, impact created and people mentored within the organization and beyond to emulate them and follow a technical career path.
