ESET has announced the launch of the seventh-generation of its flagship consumer products, namely ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Smart Security. Apart from these, ESET will be offering additional six months validity on ESET NOD32 (3 user, 1 year) and ESET Smart Security (1 user & 3 user, 1 year) till March 31, 2014.
New technology features, including Exploit Blocker, Advanced Memory Scanner, Vulnerability Shield and ESET Social Media Scanner provide a great balance of protection and usability without compromising system performance.
To deal with these threats, ESET has conducted extensive research and extended its core detection technology in version 7 products with three new features such as Exploit Blocker which provides protection against new and undiscovered malware, also known as zero day threats; Advanced Memory Scanner which will help to protect against malware actively trying to evade detection by employing obfuscation techniques and Vulnerability Shield protecting against misuse of known vulnerabilities in network protocols.

ESET has also come up with the pack of improved ESET Social Media Scanner (version 2) to boost their security network.
