GIGABYTE Technology has announced the launch of its latest overclocking contest hosted on HWBOT.org, named “GIGABYTE Retro OC” Contest. Centred on four classic 3D benchmarks from Futuremark, the “GIGABYTE Retro OC” Contest is an open invitation to revisit 3DMark benching software equipped with the latest hardware. This contest is open to all HWBOT members from December 9, 2013 to January 12, 2014.
All submissions must use a GIGABYTE motherboard. Entrants can use any processor platform. Multiple VGA cards allowed. All submissions must include a picture of the rig used, including competition background.
A total of $1,500 in prize money will be offered to overall first, second, third, fourth and fifth places.
