Google has announced a limited-time 50% discount on its AI Pro annual subscription for new users, making its premium AI tools and cloud storage more accessible as the year draws to a close. The offer allows first-time subscribers to sign up at half the usual annual price, after which the plan will auto-renew at the standard rate.
The move appears aimed at encouraging wider adoption of Google’s advanced AI ecosystem, as competition intensifies among major tech companies offering subscription-based AI services.
Access to Gemini 3 Pro and Advanced AI Tools
A key highlight of the AI Pro plan is access to Gemini 3 Pro, Google’s most advanced AI model currently available to consumers. Compared to the free tier, Gemini 3 Pro is designed to be faster, more accurate, and better at handling complex prompts, making it suitable for tasks such as detailed writing, coding assistance, research, and problem-solving.
The subscription also includes Nano Banana Pro, a lighter AI model optimised for everyday tasks. This version is intended for quick actions such as rewriting text, summarising content, creating lists, and assisting with routine searches, offering a balance between performance and efficiency.
Another major feature bundled into the plan is Deep Research, a tool that enables users to explore topics in depth. Instead of manually browsing multiple sources, users can rely on the AI to gather information, synthesise insights, and present them in a structured and easy-to-understand format. This feature is expected to appeal to students, professionals, and researchers looking to save time.
2TB Cloud Storage and Subscription Sharing
Beyond AI tools, the AI Pro plan includes 2TB of Google Cloud storage, significantly expanding storage capacity across services such as Google Drive and Google Photos. The storage benefit is particularly useful for users who rely on Google’s ecosystem for backing up large files, videos, and high-resolution photos.
One of the more practical aspects of the plan is its subscription-sharing feature. Google allows users to share the AI Pro plan with up to five additional people at no extra cost, making it suitable for families, small teams, or groups of friends. Shared access eliminates the need for multiple individual subscriptions while offering everyone premium AI features and expanded storage.
How to Avail the Offer
To claim the discounted plan, eligible users need to visit the official link shared by Google and complete the subscription process. While the offer is time-limited, Google has not disclosed an end date.
