A path breaking youth leadership initiative by HCL Technologies, MAD LTD (Make a Difference, Lead the Difference) has announced the winners of the Grand Finale Season 4. The event witnessed the presence of renowned Venture Capitalists- Sunil K Goyal, Founder & CEO YourNest Angel Fund, Rajesh Sawhney, Founder of GSF SuperAngels of India Network and Rajul Garg, Director of Sunstone Business School & S Mobility Limited apart from the HCL Leaders.
Suhel Yadav from IIFT Delhi emerged as the winner in Business Category - Fittie Fit; Partha Biswas from IIM Calcutta was crowned the winner forā Online Education by and for āThird Gender and Shakti Saini from IIM Kozhikode emerged as the winner of Ā the technology category for Ā ā āGreen Electricityā.

From more than 3000 + ideas received during the season, 10 most innovative ideas were shortlisted and presented by the bright minds from leading Business Schools to the jury. The ideas selected by Venture Capitalists and HCL Technologies will be provided mentoring and training support. The event was an extremely valuable experience for young students and their mentors alike.
In Season 4, MAD LTD reached out to Top-20 Management Schools in India (5300+ management graduates via Campus Sessions and On-ground Activities) including all the IIMs, ISB Hyderabad, FMS, SP Jain, XLRI, NMIMS, NITIE, SIBM, IIFT, JBIMS, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee and IMI, Delhi and received over 3200 MAD ideas.
