To nurture young leaders in India who promise to “Make a Difference” and “Lead the Difference”, the youth leadership initiative inspired by HCL Technologies has announced the winner of MAD LTD Grand Finale. Snehita Avireni who emerged as the winner will be crowned as CEO and will be rewarded with Rs.5 lakh.
The winner will be mentored by HCL Technologies and shall reach out to the MAD LTD community for help, ideas and implementation support.
Since the inception of the MAD LTD initiative in October 2010, HCL Technologies has managed to reach out to over 25,000 students across India through MAD attacks conducted across 100 colleges and 18,000 MAD ideas. Over 500 MADesters had submitted their unique ideas on the website, out of which eight were shortlisted for the finals. The MADesters also leveraged the power of social media with more than 40,000 fans to spread their unique ideas and generate momentum.
