The collaboration brings unified Experience, Data, and Operations (XDO) framework to Azure for smarter, connected business growth
HCLSoftware has entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft to deliver its XDO (Experience, Data, and Operations) blueprint on Microsoft Azure. The collaboration aims to help enterprises unify customer experience, data intelligence, and operational efficiency under a single AI-powered framework, driving faster and more meaningful digital transformation across industries.
Unifying experience, data, and operations
As businesses grapple with rising complexity and shifting customer expectations, HCLSoftware’s XDO blueprint provides a cohesive approach to innovation. By integrating Experience (X), Data (D), and Operations (O), the framework enables organizations to design intelligent customer journeys, anticipate user needs, and optimize performance in real time.
“The XDO blueprint allows us to retrofit AI into legacy environments and create a unified intelligence engine that blends data and operations to deliver superior experiences,” said Kalyan Kumar, Chief Product Officer at HCLSoftware. “Collaborating with Microsoft enables us to expand this vision globally and deliver enterprise-grade AI transformation through Azure.”
Microsoft’s Stephen Boyle, Vice President of Global SI & Advisory, added that the partnership reflects a strong commitment to joint product innovation. “By leveraging Azure Data, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Security, HCLSoftware is positioned to harness Microsoft’s AI capabilities to drive customer success and operational excellence,” he said.
AI-powered business solutions on Azure
The XDO model is powered by HCLSoftware’s suite of enterprise-grade offerings, including HCL Total Experience, HCL Unica+, HCL Actian, HCL BigFix, HCL AppScan on Cloud, HCL Universal Orchestrator, and HCL Workload Automation—all hosted on Microsoft Azure and available through the Microsoft Marketplace.
Within weeks of the partnership’s launch, HCLSoftware secured three major enterprise deals via the marketplace, signaling strong demand for unified, cloud-based AI solutions.
The collaboration underscores HCLSoftware’s growing role in shaping the AI-driven enterprise ecosystem, enabling businesses to enhance agility, boost productivity, and achieve measurable outcomes. By integrating secure, scalable, and intelligent technologies through Azure, the two companies are setting a new benchmark for digital transformation in the AI era.
