iValue Group has appointed Umashankar Krishnamoorthy as Vice President – Business Management, further strengthening its leadership team as it expands its enterprise technology portfolio and partner ecosystem.
The company announced the appointment in a recent update, highlighting Umashankar's extensive experience in the technology and distribution landscape. In his new role, he will focus on driving business growth, enhancing operational strategies, and supporting the company's partner-led expansion model.
Umashankar brings over 25 years of industry experience, including International Business and the channel ecosystem for the Honeywell APAC region, covering 14 countries. Also, Business Management and Sales leadership roles at Ingram Micro and an Executive Leadership role at a Value-Added Distributor. Umashankar also had a stint at large system integrators such as Ramco Systems, TVS Interconnect Systems & Pentafour in the early years of his career. Over the years, he gained significant expertise in Leadership roles, driving business development, channel management, solution sales, and services.
At iValue, Umashankar will play a key role in strengthening the company's Solution Stack across Cyber Security, Datacentre solutions including Server, Storage, Backup, and Networking, and Cloud Solutions. The company has been actively building capabilities in next-generation technologies, and his appointment is seen as a step toward accelerating that momentum.
His transition comes at a time when the enterprise technology market is witnessing rapid evolution, driven by cloud adoption, cybersecurity needs, and digital transformation initiatives. Companies are increasingly focusing on building resilient and scalable infrastructure, creating opportunities for experienced leaders to drive strategic direction.
