The new Vista Tab 30 targets students, professionals and families with dual connectivity, an 11-inch FHD display, large battery and bundled accessories, positioning itel as a strong value player in India’s fast-growing affordable tablet segment.
itel has expanded its footprint in India’s tablet market with the launch of the Vista Tab 30, a new device aimed at addressing the evolving needs of students, professionals and entertainment-focused users. With this launch, the brand is reinforcing its strategy of delivering feature-rich yet affordable devices tailored for Bharat’s Tier 3, 4 and 5 markets.
The Vista Tab 30 stands out in the sub-₹12,000 category by offering dual connectivity support for both cellular networks and Wi-Fi, a feature that itel claims is currently unmatched in this price segment in India. The tablet comes equipped with 128GB internal storage, an 11-inch Full HD display, quad speakers, and a 7,000mAh battery, making it suitable for online learning, streaming and everyday productivity.
itel has also bundled a complimentary leather back cover worth ₹1,999, an inclusion rarely seen even in tablets priced under ₹15,000. The device features a slim 8mm metallic design and is available in Space Grey and Sky Blue colour options. It is priced at ₹11,999 and is available across offline retail stores nationwide.
Commenting on the launch, Arijeet Talapatra, CEO, itel India, said the company remains focused on bridging India’s digital divide through practical innovation. He noted that the Vista Tab 30 is designed for a new generation of learners and families seeking reliability, accessibility and modern design, particularly in emerging markets beyond major metros.
The launch marks a strategic expansion of itel’s portfolio beyond smartphones and feature phones, segments where the brand has built a strong presence over the past decade. With a customer base exceeding 11 crore users, itel aims to leverage its understanding of value-conscious consumers to drive adoption of affordable tablets across the country.
As tablets gain relevance for K-12 education, home-based learning, online entertainment and hybrid work, demand for capable yet affordable devices is rising. Government initiatives promoting digital education have further accelerated this shift, making tablets an essential household device for many Indian users.
Powering the Vista Tab 30 is an octa-core Unisoc T606 processor, paired with 12GB RAM (4GB physical + 8GB virtual) to support smooth multitasking. The tablet comes preloaded with itel’s AI Voice Assistant and learning-focused applications such as Learning Center for K-12 content, iPulse Kids Space, and Screen Projection, positioning it as a versatile device for both work and family use.
