Director, Channel Sales (India & SAARC) - Juniper Networks
“Partners who are thinking ahead do much more than just integrate an IT provider’s solutions. In an effort to go the extra mile, they are assisting their customers in deciding how to use a variety of technologies, including AI, IoT, 5G, augmented reality and automation.”
Partner programs enable IT providers to provide exactly that to their customers. IT providers and their channel partners must collaborate to create and deliver value. The evolution of the relationship between technology companies and partners will be critical as the role of partners shifts from systems integrators to strategic business partners.
Juniper Networks is a partner-centric company and it fulfills its commitment through Juniper Partner Advantage Program (JPA). JPA has been evolving over the years to be the best in line with its technology innovations and partner’s growth aspirations. Beginning this year Juniper Networks launched the JPA 2022 program, which includes a slew of new initiatives, rewards, incentives and specializations aimed at driving incremental growth for partners and providing them with the best possible foundation for success.
Juniper Networks also launched Elite Plus, a new top-tier level of the partner program that provides superior support, investment, and rewards, as well as dedicated business development and demand generation resources. In 2022, it elevated some of its most dedicated partners in India, including Black Box, Datacipher and Targus Technology to Elite Plus. This is one of the many ways Juniper Networks demonstrates its ongoing commitment to the investment in its partner ecosystem in India, and it looks forward to working with all of its trusted partners to chart a path to hypergrowth for many years to come.
Today, leading IT providers also emphasize channel process automation to increase productivity and provide partners with the tools and resources they need to function as a real extension of their businesses. Juniper Networks’ JPA 2022 program builds on recent investments in Mist Technologies, 128 Technology, Apstra and Netrounds, ensuring that its partners have the most up-to-date knowledge of its latest solutions to offer customers. Furthermore, Juniper Networks continues to provide a range of incentives for its partners, including Market Development Funds (MDF) to support joint demand generation activities, a 360 dashboard providing partners with key business measurements, training passes, access to Juniper Cloud Labs for demos and more.
