LTM has signed a strategic partnership with SSP Group to modernize the travel retailer’s IT infrastructure and application support operations using artificial intelligence-driven automation tools.
Under the deal, LTM will provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support and application maintenance services for SSP Group, which operates food and beverage outlets across airports, railway stations, and other travel locations globally.
The partnership reflects how enterprises in traditional industries are increasingly turning to AI-powered IT operations to improve efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and lower technology management costs.
LTM said it will use its BlueVerse AI ecosystem and automation capabilities to help SSP simplify infrastructure management, improve operational resilience, and support faster decision-making through data-driven systems.
The collaboration will also focus on automating support operations, streamlining application management, and enabling scalable technology systems designed to improve customer experience across SSP’s global operations.
Jon Wood said the partnership would help SSP accelerate its technology transformation efforts and improve operational efficiency as the company expands its digital capabilities.
Manju Kygonahally said the company aims to support SSP’s broader modernization strategy through AI-led IT support and infrastructure simplification.
The agreement highlights the growing role of AI in enterprise IT operations, where companies are increasingly using automation not only for customer-facing applications but also for infrastructure monitoring, incident management, maintenance, and internal technology support.
For travel and hospitality operators such as SSP, technology modernization has become increasingly important as businesses manage complex global operations, fluctuating customer demand, and rising expectations around digital services and operational reliability.
The partnership also reflects a wider trend among global enterprises seeking long-term AI-enabled IT outsourcing models that combine infrastructure management, automation, analytics, and operational support under a unified framework.
LTM said it will support SSP’s transition toward a more intelligent and streamlined IT environment designed to scale across its global network over time.
