mCarbon has been conferred with the NASSCOM EMERGE 50 ‘League of 10’ Award. The award was announced at the NASSCOM Product Conclave 2012, following an annual conference on Indian software product ecosystem. mCarbon received the award from Som Mittal, President, NASSCOM and Krishnakumar Natarajan, Chair NASSCOM Emerge Forum, CEO & MD, MindTree Ltd.

The league of 10 companies was chosen after a lengthy and arduous process of evaluation and scrutiny. In the recently held Product Conclave, NASSCOM distributed its "Group of Emergents" handout where it shared more details regarding the process. This year over 500 companies participated in the study. After classifying these into three categories - Innovation, Growth and Startups, NASSCOM announced the 50 emerging companies.
