Microsoft 365 down for thousands of users

Microsoft 365 services, including Word and Excel, are down for more than 15,000 users on Monday. Microsoft tweeted that it is investigating an issue with accessing Outlook on the web. Since the beginning of 2023, Microsoft services have faced at least three outages.
According to Downdetector.com, access to its productivity software was at its peak at around 12:57 p.m. ET.
"We have resolved an issue preventing users from accessing some of our services," a Microsoft spokesperson said.
Microsoft flagged the outage earlier by saying it was investigating an issue with accessing Outlook on the web and later added that Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for business were also impacted.
The company said it had rolled back a system update to resolve the outage, without providing any detail. Many Twitter users expressed their frustration with the outage and the problems it caused them.
