To improve the social and financial status of its members, Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society has extended its cooperation to use Mistral Mobile’s m-Agent solution. With this collaboration, Adarsh aims to power its agents to offer expanded services to its members and promote financial inclusion across India.

We are going to start a new kind of services for our member customers, especially in the rural areas it will be a revolution in the sector of financial services. As the solution is using encrypted SMS for communications between the mobile applications and the service, there are no limitations to using it even in the most rural areas. We are very excited to launch this type of solution, said Himanshu Shah, CTO, Adarsh Credit.
Adarsh will equip its agents with Mistral Mobile’s m-Agent solution, enabling agents to perform a wide array of services for Adarsh’s members. These services may include opening new accounts, taking deposits, handling loans and other payment services.
