Patni Computer Systems has appointed Alison Fry as its new Human Resources Director for the EMEA region. Alison has more than 20 yearsā industry experience and will be responsible for the entire HR function of Patniās EMEA business.

Alison joins Patni from Real HR Consulting, where she provided HR outsourcing consultancy to organizations in the financial and technology sectors. Ā Before that, she worked in senior HR roles within companies such as TCS, SHL, Sony UK, Steria and Hitachi Data Systems.

Alison will be based at headquarters in the Patni Building near Heathrow. Ā In addition to moving into her new role, she plans to take on the āThree Peaks Challengeā in August 2010 to raise money for charity.
