Movers & Shakers
Prodapt, a global technology services provider specializing in telecom and digital infrastructure, has appointed Dhanashree Bhat as its new Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), effective immediately. In her new role, Bhat will oversee the company’s global delivery operations, focusing on embedding artificial intelligence, automation, and agile practices to strengthen Prodapt’s delivery engine and scale operational excellence across markets.
Described as a transformational leader who challenges conventional approaches to technology delivery, Bhat will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and accelerating measurable business outcomes. Her mandate includes building a culture of innovation and customer centricity while modernizing Prodapt’s operating model to ensure the organization remains adaptive and future-ready in an era of rapid technological change.
“Dhanashree brings an outstanding combination of technical depth, leadership experience, and a people-first mindset,” said Manish Vyas, CEO and Managing Director of Prodapt. “Her track record in customer success, building high-performing teams, and reimagining how technology—particularly AI—enables business outcomes makes her an invaluable addition to our leadership team. I also want to thank Sriram Natarajan for his significant contributions as CDO and wish him success in his new role supporting strategic initiatives for the Jhaver Group.”
With over three decades of experience in the technology industry, Bhat has held senior leadership positions at Persistent Systems and Tech Mahindra, where she spearheaded global delivery operations and large-scale transformation programs. Her expertise spans business-unit leadership, talent supply-chain transformation, and cost-optimization initiatives across multiple geographies.
Bhat holds a Master’s degree in Telecom and Software Architecture from BITS Pilani and an Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Pune. She has also completed executive education at Harvard University. Over the years, she has received several industry accolades, including recognition as a Rockstar Leader in Digital Transformation for the APAC region by ISG, and as an Exceptional Woman Leader in IT by SEAP Pune.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Prodapt, which has positioned itself as an AI-first technology services company serving the world’s largest telecom and digital-experience enterprises. The firm provides consulting, business reengineering, and managed services for clients that collectively connect more than 1.1 billion people and 5.4 billion devices globally.
Prodapt’s customer base includes some of the biggest names in technology and telecommunications—Google, Amazon, PayPal, SoftBank, Ciena, Verizon, Vodafone, Liberty Global, Deutsche Telekom, Samsung, and several others. The company is a ServiceNow-invested firm and was recently featured as a specialist in Gartner’s Emerging Magic Quadrant for Gen AI Consulting and Implementation Services.
With Bhat at the helm of its global delivery organization, Prodapt aims to accelerate its AI-driven operational model and reinforce its leadership as a trusted transformation partner to the world’s leading telecom and technology innovators.
