Guided by our ā€˜One Platform. Multiple Engines’ roadmap, we are building new growth engines beyond our core business by expanding into high-growth, high-value opportunities such as digital infrastructure, semiconductors, cloud, and enterprise solutions.ā€

ā€œThis strategic evolution enables us to address a wider spectrum of customer technology requirements, deepen engagement across our partner ecosystem, increase wallet share, and capture higher-value revenue streams. While maintaining our focus on volume-led growth through scale and market reach, we are simultaneously enhancing the quality of our revenue mix through solution-driven and technology-led businesses. Our disciplined approach to inventory management, faster cash conversion cycles, and prudent working capital management continues to strengthen operational leverage, improve capital efficiency, and support sustainable growth in both revenue and profitability.ā€

Expansion into enterprise and semiconductor solutions

Rashi Peripherals is expanding its operations around three business areas—ICT distribution, enterprise technology, and embedded and semiconductor solutions—as it seeks to increase its presence beyond conventional distribution.

The company announced the acquisition of a 67% stake in VDA Infosolutions to expand into enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration and managed IT services.

It also formalised a joint venture with Japan-based Restar Corporation to establish a dedicated embedded and semiconductor solutions company. The venture will provide local design and engineering support, talent transfer and technical services for the Indian market.

Rajesh Goenka, Director & Chief Executive Officer, Rashi Peripherals, said, ā€œFrom an operational standpoint, the first half of FY27 highlights strong execution across our foundational distribution network and new growth engines. We are actively enhancing our value-focused offerings by driving solution-based selling and expanding customer wallet share across our 10,000+ channel partner ecosystem.ā€

ā€œEntering the semiconductor domain through our joint venture with Restar Corporation gives us a decisive first-mover advantage to capture India’s rapidly expanding electronics design and manufacturing market. Simultaneously, integrating VDA Infosolutions accelerates our pivot into the fastest-growing cybersecurity, system integration, and software-led managed services business. With our mission to make IT products available in each of the 800+ districts in India, we continue to expand our branch footprint and customer access points nationwide, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth for our stakeholders.ā€

Partner training and regional reach

During the period, Rashi Peripherals conducted AI bootcamps across six cities, training enterprise partners in deploying accelerated computing solutions, AI workstations and enterprise AI workloads.

The company also continued expanding its branch operations to increase access across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and emerging regional commercial centres. These initiatives form part of its efforts to extend distribution coverage while developing capabilities in enterprise technology and services.
