
Regus has announced its partnership with software and tech support services provider, iYogi to provide high-quality tech support to its customers in the UK.

This engagement with iYogi will further enhance our portfolio of offerings, helping us deliver a seamless work experience to our customers. We look forward to working with a single partner – iYogi, to cater to the diverse tech support needs of our customers across the United Kingdom.”
Under the partnership, small and medium-sized UK firms operating out of the 160 Regus business centres – whether as full-time office customers or Regus Businessworld members, will receive a three-month free trial of iYogi tech support services and antivirus security software providing round-the-clock tech support for multiple devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets and smart phones – whether they are in the office, working remotely or travelling overseas.
Uday Challu, CEO & Co-Founder, iYogi, said, “With users becoming increasingly mobile and able to work at flexi timings, device and brand-agnostic tech support is the need of the hour. We understand this need and are uniquely positioned to address it. This partnership will look to enhance the overall service experience for Regus customers whether they are in a Regus business centre, working from home or on the road.”
As per the alliance, iYogi will waive off the service activation charges for Regus customers and they can also take advantage of convenient monthly billing options.
