Salesforce has made Tableau Pulse available to more users, giving companies access to generative AI-powered insights. Customers can access Tableau Pulse for free in all Tableau Cloud versions and embedded analytics programmes. The application makes it simpler to find key indicators, acquire insights, pose questions, and connect data to a practical business context by using generative AI to surface insights in both a natural language and visual format.
Along with AI capabilities running through the Einstein Trust Layer, an AI architecture natively built into the Salesforce platform, Pulse claims it allows teams to benefit from generative AI without compromising their customer data.
“Businesses everywhere are taking advantage of generative AI to drive efficiency and productivity for their teams. Imagine having a newsfeed for your business that allows you to follow the key metrics that matter most,” says Southard Jones, chief product officer, Tableau.
“Tableau Cloud, combined with digestible, visual functionality from Tableau Pulse and real-time data from Data Cloud, is bringing AI-powered, personalized insights to workers, allowing them to make better and faster decisions backed by trusted data.”
Salesforce says more than 50 of its global partners, including Atrium, Biztory, Capgemini and Deloitte Digital, among others, have implemented Tableau Pulse.
