Many of our clients are in early AI adoption stages, so we map manual workflows— such as CRM, HRMS, and accounting—to automation tools that embed AI effectively. Regarding multi-cloud strategies, most customers don’t start with a formal plan; instead, they use various SaaS tools hosted across different clouds. Our role is to clarify data locations, movement, and prevent vendor lock-in by guiding them to select solutions with portability, API-level integrations, and cross-cloud compliance.

When it comes to cloud cost optimization, businesses often underestimate long-term expenses. We address this early by helping them evaluate pricing models, identify hidden costs like API limits or implementation fees, and negotiate pricing with vendors. For enterprise clients, we recommend lightweight alternatives when overengineering becomes costly.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) is shifting priorities toward data locality and compliance. More buyers now question where data is stored and how it is processed. We’ve noticed increased queries about DPDPA readiness, including concerns on data storage, deletion, access requests, and vendor roles as data controllers or processors. While awareness is growing, this trend is already influencing software evaluation in sensitive sectors like healthcare, education, and BFSI.
