Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced a collaboration with Google Gemini for the upcoming season of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), bringing Google's generative AI platform into the popular quiz show's ecosystem. The partnership aims to make Google Gemini an interactive knowledge companion for viewers across Sony Entertainment Television, Sony LIV and the Gemini app.
The collaboration is designed to integrate AI-driven features into the KBC experience, offering audiences assistance throughout their journey with the show. From helping prospective contestants understand the registration process to supporting their general knowledge preparation, Google Gemini will be embedded across multiple touchpoints.
AI-powered support for registrations and learning
As part of the collaboration, viewers can use the Google Gemini app to receive instant guidance on KBC registration procedures and eligibility criteria. Google also plans to introduce interactive knowledge challenges in the coming weeks, allowing users to test and improve their general knowledge across a range of subjects.
Registrations for the upcoming season are now open, with additional details available through the Google Gemini platform.
