Users suggest the problem is not limited to mobile devices but is affecting those using the browser version of Spotify as well.
User-created playlists disappeared from both the desktop and mobile app versions of Spotify. Auto-generated playlists like "Daily Mix" remained accessible.
The outage lasted for about an hour, causing frustration among many users. Fortunately, Spotify quickly resolved the issue, and playlists reappeared for most users.
