Xebia IT Architects India has organized a two-day ScrumMaster training programme on 19th and 20th of August 2010.
The Certified ScrumMaster course comprised of the essential concepts and tools of Scrum and highlighted the differences between Agile and traditional ‘waterfall’ methodologies. It also educated partakers on how to develop a roadmap for adopting Agile in an organization. The participants learnt the techniques to lead development teams towards Agile operations by managing product backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.
