Xpress Manage365 brings Microsoft 365 tenant intelligence, licensing, security, customer success, renewals and AI-driven recommendations into one platform, helping partners improve visibility, automate reporting and identify growth opportunities.
Xpress Computers Ltd., a Microsoft Solutions Partner, has launched Xpress Manage365, an AI-powered business intelligence and customer success platform designed specifically for the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
The platform is positioned as a centralised command centre that enables Microsoft partners to monitor and manage customer environments through a single interface. It converts Microsoft 365 tenant data into business insights covering licensing, security, adoption, renewals and potential growth opportunities.
Instead of relying on separate Microsoft portals and manually compiling information, partners can use Xpress Manage365 to access executive health dashboards, tenant intelligence, licence utilisation data, Microsoft Secure Score tracking, subscription and renewal information, customer portfolio views and partner performance metrics.
The platform also includes tools for identifying growth opportunities, automated customer reporting and AI-powered recommendations. These capabilities are designed to help partners identify customer risks and opportunities more quickly and determine the actions required across their Microsoft 365 portfolios.

Automated reporting and AI-driven insights
A key feature of Xpress Manage365 is its automated white-labelled reporting capability. Microsoft partners can generate customer-facing reports using their own branding, including company logos, corporate colours and support information.
Reports can incorporate executive summaries, security insights, usage analytics and AI-generated recommendations. Partners can also schedule reports for automatic delivery, enabling regular customer communication without requiring teams to manually prepare each report.
The platform's AI capabilities are designed to interpret technical Microsoft 365 information and present it in a business-oriented format. Instead of requiring partners to analyse raw metrics themselves, the system highlights potential risks, areas for improvement, security recommendations, productivity opportunities and customer engagement points.
According to Xpress Computers, the approach allows partner teams to spend less time collecting and interpreting data and more time using those insights to strengthen customer relationships and deliver additional value.

Designed around the Microsoft channel
Xpress Manage365 has been developed specifically around the operational requirements of Microsoft partners rather than as a generic IT reporting platform. Its capabilities cover customer success management, account management, quarterly business reviews, managed services delivery, licence management and security assessments.
The platform also supports customer retention initiatives, renewal management and Microsoft cloud adoption programmes. By bringing these functions together, Xpress Computers aims to make the platform part of partners' regular customer management and service delivery activities rather than limiting its use to periodic reporting.
Commenting on the launch, Xpress Computers said, “Xpress Manage365 was built from the ground up to solve a challenge we saw across the Microsoft partner ecosystem: partners had access to enormous amounts of Microsoft 365 data, but lacked a unified way to turn that data into actionable business intelligence. Xpress Manage365 bridges that gap by combining AI-powered insights, automated reporting, and customer success intelligence into a single command center designed specifically for Microsoft partners.”
Xpress Manage365 is available immediately to Microsoft partners worldwide.
