YouTube has reported a revenue of more than $60 billion for 2025. The new disclosure covers revenue across advertising as well as subscriptions for services such as YouTube Premium TV, and gives somewhat of a window into how massive the user base for the service is. In total, the company reported 325 million paid subscriptions in its fourth quarter across consumer services, which includes YouTube Premium, as well as the paid cloud storage service Google One, up from 300 million in the prior quarter.
YouTube’s advertising business hit $11.4 billion for Q4 2025, up from $10.5 billion the prior year. Last quarter, YouTube reported $10.3 billion for its advertising business.
Overall, Alphabet, the owner of Google, reported revenues of $113.8 billion, up 18 percent year over year, as the company cited “strong momentum across the business and acceleration in growth in both Google Services and Google Cloud.” Annual revenue exceeded $400 billion for the first time.
“We continue to drive strong growth across the business. YouTube’s annual revenues surpassed $60 billion across ads and subscriptions; we now have over 325 million paid subscriptions across consumer services, led by strong adoption for Google One and YouTube Premium. And Google Cloud ended 2025 at an annual run rate of over $70 billion, representing a wide breadth of customers, driven by demand for AI products,” Sundar Pichai, CEO of Alphabet and Google, said.
