Motorola Edge 60 launched in India with 3x50MP AI cameras and Dimensity 7400 at Rs 24,999

Following its global unveiling in April this year, Motorola has finally launched the Edge 60 smartphone in India. This new model joins the previously released Edge 60 Pro and targets users seeking a premium experience at a competitive price point. Alongside the Edge 60, the company also introduced a new Mykonos Blue colour variant for the Edge 60 Fusion.
Display and Design
The Motorola Edge 60 features a 6.67-inch pOLED quad-curved display with a resolution of 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels), offering a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 300Hz touch sampling. The screen peaks at 4,500 nits brightness and supports DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. Additional display features include Smart Water Touch 3.0, Gorilla Glass 7i protection, and certifications for low blue light and motion blur reduction. The design also boasts an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, alongside MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.
Performance and Software
Powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, the Edge 60 is paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD. Users can also leverage virtual RAM expansion up to 12GB. It runs on Hello UI based on Android 15, with Motorola promising three major Android upgrades and four years of security patches.
Camera and Battery
The Edge 60 sports a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C primary sensor with OIS. It also includes a 50MP ultrawide sensor with macro support and a 10MP telephoto lens offering up to 3x optical zoom. The front-facing camera is a 50MP unit, ideal for high-resolution selfies and video calls.
Battery, AI, and Connectivity
It packs a 5,500mAh battery supported by 68W TurboPower fast charging. Additional highlights include MotoAI 2.0 for AI-driven productivity and imaging, in-display fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos-tuned dual stereo speakers, and full support for 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C connectivity. Motorola aims to strengthen its premium mid-range lineup in India with this feature-packed launch.
Pricing and Availability
The Motorola Edge 60 is priced at ₹25,999 for its lone 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. A limited-time introductory offer brings the price down to ₹24,999 with select bank discounts. The device will be available for purchase from June 17 at 12 PM IST through Flipkart, Motorola’s official website, and select offline retailers including Reliance Digital. The Edge 60 will be available in Pantone-certified colour options—Gibraltar Sea and Shamrock.
