2nd phase of the PM internship scheme kickstarted with the launch of a mobile app

The second phase of the Prime Minister's Internship Program has officially begun with the launch of a dedicated PM Internship Mobile App. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility and streamline the application process for aspiring interns across India. The announcement was made by Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who emphasized the importance of greater corporate participation in the flagship PM Internship Scheme Phase 2.

Minister Sitharaman highlighted that the PM Internship Scheme is a crucial step in preparing young professionals for the job market. As part of Internship Phase 2 Launch, a total of 325 companies have already listed over 1.18 lakh internship opportunities, offering young aspirants valuable hands-on experience across various sectors.
