Cloud and data modernisation is important, creating the foundation for AI through clean data pipelines, sound architecture, appropriate controls, and infrastructure that can support the transition from a pilot to production.
We are moving beyond the role of an implementation partner, becoming the layer that helps customers turn technology into business value. We are shifting from transactional engagements towards outcome-led and managed models, developing our own intellectual property on top of hyperscaler platforms, and placing emphasis on assessing readiness before recommending a solution. In an AI-first economy, customers will value partners prepared to take responsibility for outcomes, not just deployments. We would rather strengthen the foundation and build a long-term relationship than complete a sale that does not deliver value.”
